7 days a week/365 days a year
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. ET
Saturday & Sunday9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET
Most Intervals Available
Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays
Special Servicing Requirements
5 hours (10 intervals) required on a Saturday or Sunday, or a combination of both
What to Expect:
What you will do:
Receive inbound calls for assistance with bookings, cruise-specific questions, quotes, and more.
Stay up to date on the latest Carnival sales and promotions.
Achieve top sales performance by showcasing expert sales techniques and overcoming customer objections.
Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
Make outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments and customers for status and clarification purposes.
Capabilities of Top Performing Service Partners:
Strong ability to follow processes and workflows for compliance.
Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication.
Sales experience is a plus.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Patience, empathy, the ability to manage stress, and work under pressure.
Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service.
