About the position:

A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

This position is work from home and you must reside in Canada for this role. You must have strong computer skills and you must provide your own Windows PC computer. Must be English/French bilingual speaking. calls for this role will be approximately 75% English and 25% French.

Requirements

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Talking to customers over the phone, email, or chat to resolve their questions or concerns

  • Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system

  • Upsell products or services to customers, if appropriate

  • Remain calm and helpful even when dealing with upset customers

  • Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to your manager when necessary

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to your manager on ways the company can improve 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by your management team

  • Has a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate

  • Is bilingual (French & English)

  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
