Eligibility Restrictions:
This opportunity is currently unavailable in IL, MO, OH or VA.
Applicants must achieve a passing score on a language assessment to be considered for this opportunity.
Agents currently providing services on AbbVie ARS or RTS must have 6 months of experience on their current line to be eligible for this opportunity.
Pay:
The bilingual opportunity starts at $18 per hour.
After 3 months, based on performance, agents may be given the opportunity to upskill to additional call types at an increased rate of $20 per hour.
Time Commitment:
100 commits per month (STEADY year round calls)
Successful agents average 25 commits per week
Commitment Hours:
During Nesting: The hours to take commits are from 12pm to 8pm.
After Nesting: take calls from 8am to 8pm.
